Why flat panel pricing beats per-app PaaS billing
A managed PaaS charges for each app, each instance size and often each gigabyte of bandwidth or database storage. That is convenient for the first service and expensive by the fifth: a team with an API, a frontend, two workers and a staging copy of each pays for every one of them, with a markup on top of the compute underneath.
With Deployment the compute is a server in your own cloud account at your provider's list price. One mid-sized VPS comfortably runs several apps, workers and a database, and adding a staging site or another worker does not change what you pay us. The panel price only moves when you add servers or people beyond your plan.
What you still pay your cloud provider
You pay your cloud provider directly for servers, storage and traffic, on your own account and invoice. Deployment never resells compute and never adds a percentage to it. If you leave, the servers and apps stay where they are.

Billing questions
How much does yearly billing save?
Yearly billing costs exactly half of paying month to month. Starter is 24 USD a month billed as 288 USD a year instead of 49 USD a month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Payments are final. The only exceptions are a duplicate charge, a proven unauthorized charge or a complete outage of the service. The details are in the refund policy.
What counts as a server and as a site?
A server is one machine connected to your organization over SSH, whether you created it from a cloud integration or connected it with the installer. A site is one application deployed from one repository to one server, including its environment, processes and domains. A staging copy of an app counts as its own site.
What happens when I upgrade?
The new limits apply right away and the price difference for the rest of the current period is charged immediately.
What happens when I downgrade?
A downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing period. Before that date you remove servers or sites above the new limit, and nothing is refunded for the current period.
Which currency do you charge in?
All prices are in US dollars and every payment is charged in USD.
Do I get an invoice?
Every plan gets a receipt for each payment. Enterprise includes invoicing with your company details.
Can I try Deployment before I pay?
Yes. The deploy plan demo on the server management platform home page is free and one-time. Plans start at 49 USD a month, or 24 USD a month billed yearly.
